At GPT Paradise we ensure that if you do happen to encounter a problem, there are ways in which you can receive help/support to solve the problem. We have devised three ways in which you can get into contact with us:

Support Forum

Our friendly and helpful member support forum is the first place that you should go to, if you have a problem. We have dedicated different sections on the forum, making it easier for you to navigate around the forum and receive help quickly. Once you have received a prize from GPT Paradise, we encourage you to post a testimonial (a picture of your prize and a sentence or two describing what you've received). In doing so, you can brag to all of your friends that you can earn free money online or use your testimonial(s) to recruit referrals.

Support Ticket

If your question cannot be answered on the forum, please submit a ticket via the Support section of your account, once you are logged in. On average, your tickets will be answered within 24 business hours after being submitted.

Fraud Prevention

We have contracted our Fraud Prevention to GPT Payments. They also provide our prize processing and payment services. They provide us with Fraud Prevention solutions to help keep our advertisers and sponsors with quality traffic, and to verify your account information is legitimate.

Steps To Getting Verified:

  1. Click on the "Profile" link on the left hand side of your account after you have logged in.
  2. Click on the link labelled "CLICK HERE TO VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT".
  3. Once you have ensured that your Profile information is correct, click on the button labelled "Get Verified".
  4. Within a few minutes of clicking this button, a call will be initiated to the phone number that you stated on your Profile.
  5. Note down the code that you are given on the phone and enter it into the box that is provided (on your GPT Paradise account).
  6. Click the "Submit" button and your account is verified!

Question: I was verified, but now I'm unverified. Why?
Answer: The new verification system has been installed. Simply follow the simple steps above to get re-verified.

Question: My Profile information is all correct, but I'm not receiving a call?
Answer: Ensure that you have no prefixes or international codes in front of your phone number. Also, if you can't get the verification system to call you please check your telephone number in your profile to make sure that it does not contain two (double) country codes before your area code (for example, for North America make sure it does NOT read "+119005551212" and INSTEAD has only one country code "+19005551212"

Question: It's asking me to verify my information via the old verification method. Why?
Answer: A fraud check may have appeared on your account if you have signed in via another IP. It may not be you that has logged in on another IP, it may be a staff member that has logged in to process your prize request. Do not panic, simply leave the information that is required and you'll be verified.
